Having worked with Festival Director, Sally Dunsmore for many years on the programming of the festival, READ Media were delighted to be asked to manage the PR for the first time in 2017. We immediately engaged with local media and set up a series of broadcast, print and online interviews with speakers from the beginning of March up to and including the week of the festival. Journalists from The Times and The Daily Mail joined us throughout the week to review a selection of events. We were also on hand to deal with the media interest in unexpected issues that arose during the events.
